It finally happened. The day finally arrived. After all the decisions that Phil Jackson had made since becoming the President of the New York Knicks, it appears as if the one to talk about possibly trading Knicks star Kristaps Porzingis was the straw that broke the camel’s back. The Knicks announced that “Mr. Jackson is leaving his post as President of Basketball Operations, effective immediately.” The Vertical’s Adrian Wojnarowski says owner James Dolan is looking at Toronto’s Masai Ujiri as a replacement.
