MLB umpire John Tumpane was just trying to get in some exercise before umpiring the Pittsburgh Pirates game that night. So Tumpane set out on an afternoon run on the Roberto Clemente Bridge. While he was on his run, he noticed a woman climb over the railing and look towards the Allegheny River.
